About the Role
Regis Whitfield is seeking a skilled Maintenance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building, equipment, and grounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair plant, equipment, and building services to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations.
- Manage and maintain grounds, including gardening and landscaping.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance programs to ensure timely completion and documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our residents and staff.
What We Look For
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair, with a strong understanding of plant and equipment operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and residents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
