Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Production General Hand to contribute to our operations on a full-time basis. This role is crucial in ensuring the timely production of high-quality signage products, consistently delivering outstanding service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate various machinery within the signage production area.
  • Prepare and assemble sign faces.
  • Conduct quality control checks to maintain product standards.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Production Coordinator, Team Leader, and fellow team members to ensure deadlines and commitments are met.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will thrive in our dynamic and fast-paced environment, possessing the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in sign making is preferred, though training will be provided.
  • Background in manual handling.
  • Familiarity with machine operation, including wide format digital printers, CNC routers, pressure applicators, and hand tools.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving capabilities.
  • Professional appearance.
