Production General Hand

Jaybro is a leading supplier to the civil construction sector, with a strong presence in Australia and New Zealand. We are seeking a skilled Production General Hand to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate various machinery across the signage production department, ensuring efficient production of quality signage products.
  • Layup of sign faces, maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain effective communication with Production Coordinator, Team Leader, and other team members to ensure commitments and targets are met within deadlines.
Requirements

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual with the following skills and experience:

  • Sign making experience preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.
  • Manual handling experience and machine operation skills, including wide format digital printers, CNC routers, pressure applicators, and hand tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Good problem-solving skills and professional presentation.
