Job Description

Ecolab is a global leader in delivering innovative solutions for food safety and cleanliness in retail environments.

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team as a Food Safety and Hygiene Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with supermarkets and large retailers, ensuring they operate with cleaner, safer, and healthier environments.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with food retail customers, providing first-class training and servicing support to ensure their challenges are resolved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a regular visit cycle with customers within your territory
  • Identify customer needs and recommend solutions to improve food safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and customer service, to deliver excellent service to customers
  • Conducting training sessions to ensure customers use our sanitising solutions and equipment effectively and safely
  • Conduct food safety, brand standards, and other on-site evaluations at customer locations, assessing workplace safety and environmental cleanliness
  • Assisting with growing the business by identifying new opportunities for our customers
  • Servicing equipment and conducting some basic repairs/maintenance if required

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
