Your Role: Companion Animal Sales Representative

We're seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Companion Animal Sales Representative. This role offers a unique opportunity to build solid relationships with customers, promote our companion animal products, and drive business growth in Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

Responsibilities

  • Call on Veterinary and Retail customers to provide exceptional customer service and technical support for our products.
  • Train and inform industry professionals about our company's products and services.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to develop actionable insights that enhance our relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with customers to grow their sales and increase revenue for both parties.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data in our CRM system.
  • Meet sales targets and deliver results while staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
  • Demonstrate leadership behavior and performance standards aligned with industry best practices, maintaining high ethical and compliance standards.
  • Support company decisions and values, being recognized as a highly successful sales professional.

Requirements

  • Australian driving license.
  • Tertiary qualification (Year 10 or more).
  • Tertiary qualification in science or a related field.
  • Preferably experience in the animal health industry (but not essential). 1-2 years' experience as a Veterinarian/Vet nurse or minimum of 2 years in animal health sales.
  • Ability to travel 80% of the time, covering the North of the River Perth WA and NT area.
