Portfolio Management Opportunity

This is a challenging role that requires the development and execution of portfolio strategies to ensure financial targets are met.

About the Role
  1. Develop and implement Portfolio Strategies, incorporating market, competitors, and customer research insights, ensuring alignment with our annual Financial Plan.
  2. Monitor market, competitors, performance, and insight development to drive strategic pivots.
  3. Utilize data and insights to maintain Target Market and manage portfolio exposure in line with accumulation management requirements.
  4. Continuously monitor trends and growth opportunities.
  5. Contribute to financial planning and engage with stakeholders to implement relevant portfolio actions.
  6. Liaise with pricing teams to support pricing strategy development and capabilities.
  7. Provide recommendations for commercial pricing decisions to achieve portfolio performance within governance and risk frameworks.
About You
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate complex alternatives and articulate strategies.
  • Experience in managing Consumer products within Financial Services institutions, preferably General Insurance CTP / Home / Motor.
  • Proficiency in working with internal and external data and analytical tools, such as SQL, SAS, Python, Tableau, or MicroStrategy.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of products, industry practices, and governing legislation.
  • Strong consulting and influencing skills, enabling collaboration on strategy development, valuable analytical solutions, and effective stakeholder communication.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information to various audiences.
