About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns across various programs and services, including health promotion, service promotion, advocacy, and recruitment.



Salary


The annual base salary range is $85,176 - $99,333. The total effective package includes additional benefits such as district allowance, superannuation, leave loading, and estimated tax saving from salary packaging options, totaling approximately $106,413 - $122,484 per annum.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote the organisation's programs and services;
  • Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, posters, and digital content;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns;
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and make data-driven decisions to improve performance;


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field;
  • Proven experience in marketing communications, preferably in a healthcare setting;
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and practices, including social media and email marketing;
  • Excellent writing, design, and project management skills;
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software tools.
