In the role of Business Banking Manager, you will join the Business Banking team that is doubling down on customer obsession.
Responsibilities- Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of business customers
- Provide tailored banking solutions that help customers achieve their goals
- Build strong, long-term relationships within the local community
- Identify opportunities to deepen customer connections and deliver value
- Partner with specialists across NAB to provide customer solutions
- A strong business lending and credit assessment experience
- To understand the challenges and opportunities faced by businesses
- To build trusted relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
- Enjoy being part of the community and supporting local growth
Note: all NAB colleagues are encouraged to have a minimum of 18 months tenure in their current role.
