Job Summary

GE Renewable Energy is seeking a highly skilled Contract Performance Manager to join our team. As a Contract Performance Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and contract performance in selected countries/regions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, GE Service Site Managers, and Service Directors to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

Contract Compliance and Performance

Drive the performance of planned and unplanned scope in fulfillment of contractual obligations, ensuring technical and maintenance compliance.

Contractual Opportunity Development and Risk Management

Identify and develop business opportunities, and manage contractual risks, including risk profiling and mitigation strategies.

Contract Event and Demand Management

Synchronize customer and contract events/demand with internal functions, such as Field Service, Sourcing, and Engineering.

Contract Financial and Contractual Performance

Manage contract financial and contractual performance, including cash collection, receivables management, and concessions administration.

Contract Technical and Maintenance Compliance

Ensure contract technical and maintenance compliance, and develop service fulfillment strategies.

Requirements
  1. Experience

At least 5 years' experience in the Wind Maintenance sector or other energy or industrial segments.

Subcontractor Management

At least 5 years' experience managing subcontractors.

Contract Interpretation and Management

At least 5 years' experience with multi-year and transactional contract interpretation and management.

Qualifications

Parts, Repairs, and Service offerings and fulfillment, Insurance and bank/parent guarantees, Equipment operations/maintenance/overhaul/upgrade requirements and recommendations, Upgrades, Emergent Work offerings and fulfillment, Assessments and mitigation strategies for commercial and fulfillment risk.

Desired Characteristics

Wind industry or comparable energy technology experience, Customer-focused with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, Fluent knowledge of commercial, finance, legal, and related regulations, and law, Proficiency in English and computer application skills, Lean certified preferred, Exposure to regulators (particularly safety regulators) desirable, Good teamwork leader in a dynamic, energetic, and complex environment, equipped with quick learning capability and ownership, Self-motivated and able to work under high pressure.
