About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Specifications Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying potential clients, and engaging with stakeholders to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and stakeholder engagement.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to key stakeholders, including Architects, Building Certifiers, Fire Engineers, Fire Brigades, Builders, Energy Consultants, Cost Consultants, End Clients, and Government Bodies.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use Salesforce (CRM) for project tracking and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders to drive long-term business opportunities.
  • Attend customer events, sales meetings, project meetings, and trade nights to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Technical experience in specification, architectural, and construction industries.
  • Prior sales experience generating new business.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
