You will play a key role in supporting General Managers and the entire business by demonstrating the benefits of a professional HR service, contributing to process enhancements, fostering valuable relationships, and assisting in a transformative phase.
**The Role**:
- Provide essential HR support to approximately 225 employees across our 4 locations in Queensland and New South Wales.
- Contribute to the implementation of new HR systems and processes.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment efforts.
- Handle HR documentation, including employment agreements, amendments, job descriptions, and more.
- Coordinate HR processes such as remuneration reviews, succession planning, and performance evaluations (we will be implementing the new HRIS, Ceridian Dayforce, next year).
- Engage in HR process activities like inductions, 30-60-90-day surveys, and exit interviews.
- Offer employee relations support as needed.
