We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People and Culture Administrator to join our team at Pillow Talk. As a key member of our People team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional day-to-day HR coordination and administrative services across the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment through to off-boarding.

In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting activities that contribute to creating an employee-oriented, high-performance culture. This includes providing administrative support for various People team projects, such as seasonal recruitment, data cleansing, and systems implementation/maintenance.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least two years' of admin experience, preferably in HR. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and have experience working across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional day-to-day HR coordination and administrative services

Requirements:

  • At least two years' of admin experience, preferably in HR

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
