Job DescriptionThis exciting opportunity exists for an Associate Nurse Unit Manager to join our team in the Emergency Department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for promoting continuity and consistency of care, assisting with the implementation of practice changes, and undertaking ward/unit/service management responsibilities.
You will work closely with our nursing and midwifery staff to develop their skills and expertise, and provide guidance and support to less experienced colleagues. Your ability to lead by example, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships with our patients, families, and staff will be essential in achieving our goals.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate with other departments to improve patient outcomes.
About the RoleThis position offers a competitive salary package, ranging from $100,343 to $107,279 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
