Senior Nursing Leadership Role in Acute Care

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Nurse to fill a challenging Senior Nursing Leadership role at the Central Adelaide Local Health Network. This position will be responsible for delivering high-quality care across varied health service settings, enhancing clinical expertise, guiding junior staff, and supporting the Nurse Unit Manager in leadership and operational duties.

As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with colleagues to implement practice improvements, ensure continuity of care, and assist with key management tasks such as recruitment, rostering, and performance reviews.

- Support the Nurse Unit Manager in leadership and operational duties

About You:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled nursing professional who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Proven ability to manage workload, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years' experience or Clinical Nurse classification, with demonstrated competence in nursing practice.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and quality improvement systems within the healthcare setting.
