Advanced Nurse Unit Manager

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a passionate and highly functioning team in the delivery of exceptional community palliative care. As an Advanced Nurse Unit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of palliative care and supporting the in-patient unit to achieve the same.
You will oversee the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care, foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, external stakeholders, and community partners to enhance the quality of life for individuals facing life-limiting illnesses.
To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
