Nurse Leadership Opportunity in Northern Adelaide

Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate Nurse Unit Manager to join their dynamic team. As an ANUM, you will be responsible for providing nursing and/or midwifery services in various health service settings.

Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Promoting continuity and consistency of care in collaboration with other ANUMs and the Nurse Unit Manager.
- Assisting the Nurse Unit Manager in implementing practice changes.
- Supporting the Nurse Unit Manager in undertaking ward/unit/service management responsibilities, including performance management processes, recruitment, staffing, leave management, rostering, work allocation, attendance management, financial planning, and supplies monitoring.
Requirements
To be eligible for this position, you must be Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold a current practicing certificate. You will also be required to undergo a Criminal History Check and hold a National Police Certificate for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups. Salary packaging is available, and flexible working arrangements can be discussed.
Estimated salary: $100,343 - $107,279 p.a.
