Property Portfolio Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Housing Manager to join our dynamic community-based partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a portfolio of properties.
About the RoleThis is a hybrid position, with up to two days per week in-office. You will deliver a first-class tenancy experience and an unparalleled property management service by building strong relationships with tenants and landlords.
Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of properties from initial application through to completion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants and landlords.
- Diligently follow up on outstanding applications to ensure timely processing.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare accurate and detailed reports as required.
- Prior experience in real estate or social housing.
- Familiarity with a property management database (Console Cloud highly regarded).
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
- $76,400 Base salary + 12% Superannuation + Leave loading.

- 5 weeks annual leave.
- No weekends Monday to Friday only.
