Property Services Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced facilities and property services professional to develop and support the property services' asset management strategy, governance, systems, and procedures to achieve agreed outcomes for key stakeholders.

This role will see you managing all aspects of the Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) property portfolio, including reviewing and amending standard SDA agreements and templates, and implementing quality and safeguard measures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining robust systems, policies, and procedures to deliver effective property portfolio governance and oversight
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including the National Disability Insurance Agency, Non-Government service providers, and other business units
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in facilities and property services management, including contract management
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with experience in implementing asset management processes in complex organizational environments
  • Experience in disability accommodation services is highly desirable
  • Proven negotiation skills, with experience in negotiating with non-government organizations
