Senior Property Manager Position

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled property professional to manage a portfolio of properties and provide exceptional service.

About the Role
  • Manage a portfolio of circa 160 properties in a responsible manner.
  • Implement an efficient system for handling out-of-office duties.
  • Ensure all exit condition reports are completed accurately.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Maintain properties to ensure they remain in good condition.
  • Prepare and attend QCAT proceedings as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in property management.
  • Holding a QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner and time management skills.
  • A valid driver's license.
