Support Services

We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our Support Services team in providing exceptional care to our residents.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably within an Aged Care setting. They will possess excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain legislated safety, quality, and hygiene standards.

  • Cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, and living areas
  • Cleaning communal and dining areas
  • Cleaning and sorting laundry
  • Maintaining adequate supplies of toilet paper, soap, and other cleaning and hygiene supplies for resident use

The successful candidate will adhere to infection control principles, WHS requirements, and complete cleaning requirements according to facility schedules. They will also be required to complete documentation and reporting as necessary.

Requirements:
  • Experience gained in a similar role, preferably within an Aged Care setting (desirable)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • NDS Worker Checks (or willing to obtain)
  • An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes is highly regarded but not essential
