Early Years Support Worker

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include managing daily routines, assisting with essential tasks like feeding, toilet breaks, rest time, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for all children. You'll collaborate with colleagues to plan educational activities that foster learning, adhering to health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and assisting with record keeping.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is over 18 years old and has the right to work in the UK.
  • Has previous experience working within a nursery or childcare setting.
  • Holds an NVQ Diploma Level 3 qualification.
  • Has a good standard of English and effective communication skills.
  • Has a clear enhanced DBS, which can be applied for upon registration.
