Job Summary

The role of Commercial Analyst- Loyalty involves leading the financial and commercial management of loyalty programs to optimize return on investment (ROI), track incremental sales, establish program KPIs and review performance against forecasts.

This position requires leveraging insights to create detailed reports and forecast performance to identify growth opportunities, optimize costs, enhance customer engagement and value, and develop financial models for profitable returns.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing a Profit & Loss statement with 3+ years' experience, demonstrating their ability to drive financial success through extensive reporting and analytical skills.

Key responsibilities include project management excellence, stakeholder management, and previous experience working within loyalty and retail environments.
