About the Role

As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will serve as a key liaison between Product and other business functions. Your primary objective is to ensure seamless feature rollouts and successful adoption.

You will own cross-functional collaboration, internal readiness, and the assets that enable everyone—from ops to success to data—to deliver a consistent experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive product adoption through efficient release support.
  • Deliver timely, accurate communications for every release, including writing briefs, use cases, and documentation.
  • Orchestrate impactful launches by coordinating GTM efforts across the business and creating launch communications.
  • Maintain internal content repositories, including feature briefs, FAQs, enablement documents, and process guides.
  • Collect product insights and gather feedback from Sales, Support, and customers to inform future roadmap planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, product operations, or internal enablement.
  • Experience working closely with product and CX teams on release readiness.
  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
