We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a pivotal role in our organization. This position plays a crucial part in providing business-driven solutions that support strategic planning, forecasting, and reporting for Financial Planning and Analysis.

About the Role

This leadership position requires an individual with exceptional management skills, able to prioritize workloads effectively and deliver tailored solutions addressing evolving finance needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve key outcomes, including capturing and enabling business needs for forecasting, reporting, and automation.
  • Maintain a reliable platform service and support the automation of financial control and management accounting processes.
  • Ensure data, models, and processes meet finance objectives while managing a clear intake and prioritization process for changes, fixes, and enhancements.

Requirements

  • Certified Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification with banking and financial services exposure.
  • Proven experience in enterprise platform management enablement with hands-on exposure to Anaplan, TM1, and BI tools like Power BI.
  • Track record of leading teams with demonstrated service delivery orientation.
  • Program management certification is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
