Job Title: Female Community Care Worker

As a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker, you will be working with clients in their own homes, providing person-centered care and support. The role involves traveling between clients' homes, assisting with daily living and lifestyle requirements, and supporting individuals with domestic assistance, social support, transportation, and monitoring their well-being.

  • Duties and Responsibilities:">
  • Assist with domestic tasks such as light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation">
  • Provide social support and transportation for clients to medical appointments and social activities">
  • Support clients in the use of aids such as standing or walking frames and wheelchairs">
  • Monitor clients' well-being and report on their progress">
  • Participate in staff meetings and attend training as required">

What You Will Need:

  • Australian Federal Police Clearance">
  • Current CPR / First Aid Certificate">
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)">
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence">
  • Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance is required)">
