Female Community Care Worker Job

This role is for a dedicated and compassionate Female Community Care Worker to provide support to customers in their homes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work independently.

The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting customers with daily living tasks such as domestic assistance, social support, and transportation. This may include light household cleaning, meal preparation, social activities, shopping/groceries, and traveling to medical appointments.

  • Australian Federal Police Clearance: This is a mandatory requirement to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers.
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certificate: Our customers require high-quality care, and having a current CPR/First Aid certificate ensures you can provide the necessary assistance in emergency situations.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain): As an NDIS provider, we require all our staff to undergo a workers screening check to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence: With a reliable vehicle, you'll be able to transport customers to appointments and activities.
  • Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance is required): Having a reliable vehicle is essential for this role, ensuring you can transport customers safely and efficiently.
  • Smartphone with internet access: Staying connected is crucial in this role, allowing you to communicate with customers, receive updates, and access important information.
