Job Title: Female Community Care Worker

We are seeking Support Workers to provide in-home aged care and disability support services. This role involves travelling between clients' homes, assisting with daily living requirements by providing person-centred care.

The Role:
  • Domestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
  • Social support/transportation: social activities, shopping/groceries, medical appointments
  • Supporting customers with mobility aids: standing or walking frames and wheelchairs
  • Maintaining customer well-being, reporting progress
  • Participating in staff meetings, attending training as required
  • Working under supervision of the Care Coordinator
Requirements:
  • Australian Federal Police Clearance
  • Current CPR / First Aid Certificate
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Australian Driver's Licence
  • Reliable vehicle (comprehensive insurance required)
  • Smartphone with internet access
