About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Spec Home Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing our growing portfolio of Spec Homes to ensure timely delivery and financial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the General Manager Strategy and Customer Experience to identify future Spec requirements and develop strategies to meet our budgets.
  • Research and identify target areas for future Spec home programs and explore various land access models.
  • Manage relationships with developers to create a future pipeline of land access.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Prepare investment papers for the investment committee, obtain land access, and develop market pricing and sales strategies.
  • Provide strategic support in the creation of sales and marketing collateral and product release.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales management team to ensure sales targets and budgets are met.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in the construction, development, or adjacent industries.
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple complex deliveries.
  • Commercial acumen to understand the development and construction value chain.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects.
  • Ability to prepare and present to senior levels of organizations.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
