About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Contact Agent to join our team. As a key member of our contact centre team, you will be the first point of contact for our external customers, providing support and assistance via email, phone, and live chat. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each customer interaction is handled efficiently, professionally, and in line with our company guidelines.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, explaining products, options, inclusions, and features
  • Communicate with customers in a courteous and empathetic manner, demonstrating a willingness to assist and a commitment to providing high-quality service
  • Drive appointments and customer contact for the sales team
  • Take ownership of customer interactions and continue to cultivate relationships
  • Assist other members of the contact centre team as needed
  • Meet individual performance levels and contribute to overall service performance and improvement

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the home building or real estate industry
  • High level of customer service skills and ability to empathise
  • Ability to work on weekends
  • Previous experience using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM system
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with active listening
