Development Director Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Development Director to oversee the planning and successful delivery of a portfolio of projects across our organisation.

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure objectives are met.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks.
  • Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Monitor project performance and implement improvements as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field, with proven experience as a Development Director or in a similar leadership role managing complex projects. They will also possess excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in project management systems.
