Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio oversight and management
  • Effective communication with landlords, tenants, and trades/creditors
  • Incoming, outgoing, and routine inspections
  • Residential Tenancy Agreements and renewals preparation and execution
  • Rent management and administration
  • Maintenance of properties and arranging repairs as needed
