Expert Leader in Homelessness Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Expert to enhance our practice and quality excellence in Homelessness and Community Supports services.
- Provide expert advice on complex cases, escalating risks and supporting staff through reflective practice, case reviews and training.
You will contribute to innovative programs like Street2Home, Journey to Social Inclusion and the Zero Project, developing evidence-based practices at Uniting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance service delivery quality by driving meaningful change and elevating service delivery standards in the division.
- Collaborate with fellow Principal Practitioners across the region, contributing to methodologies and service innovations.
Requirements:
- Significant experience supporting social inclusion and progression using therapeutic and trauma-informed approaches.
- Deep knowledge of homelessness program delivery, including early intervention settings, assertive outreach and housing-first methodology.
- Track record in coaching, developing staff, leading reflective practice, facilitating training and providing case consultations.
