  • Contribute to the development of evidence-based practices at Uniting, ensuring that interventions are culturally responsive and trauma-informed.">
  • Drive meaningful change and elevate the quality of service delivery in the division.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need significant experience supporting social inclusion and progression of people experiencing homelessness or social isolation using therapeutic and trauma-informed approaches. You should also have deep knowledge and hands-on experience working in homelessness program delivery, including early intervention settings, assertive outreach, and housing-first therapeutic and trauma-informed methodology.

Additionally, you will need a track record in coaching and developing staff, leading reflective practice, facilitating training, and providing case consultations.

You will be able to draw meaningful insights from practice data, identify trends, and recommend improvements at individual, team, and system levels.
