Senior Practitioner – Homelessness Solutions

This key role enhances practice excellence in Homelessness and Community Supports services across the North and West Division.
You will provide expert advice on complex cases, escalate risks, and support staff through reflective practice, case reviews, secondary consultations, and training to drive impactful outcomes for vulnerable communities.
Your focus will be on innovative programs contributing to service innovations and quality improvements.
Primary Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on complex cases, escalate risks, and support staff through reflective practice, case reviews, secondary consultations, and training.
- Contribute to the development of evidence-based practices.
- Lead or participate in projects and programs such as Street2Home, Journey to Social Inclusion, and the Zero Project.
You will bring significant experience supporting social inclusion and progression of people experiencing homelessness using therapeutic approaches.
A solutions-focused approach, working confidently across teams and disciplines to guide high-quality decisions is essential.
