Job Opportunity

Your new role will be instrumental in enhancing our practice and quality excellence in homelessness and community supports services across the north and west division.

This position is ideal for someone based in Ballarat or Werribee offices.

You will provide expert advice on complex cases, escalate risks, and support staff through reflective practice, case reviews, secondary consultations, and training.

Your focus will be on innovative programs like Street to Home, Journey to Social Inclusion, and the Zero Project. These programs aim to deliver impactful outcomes for vulnerable communities.

You will actively contribute to the development of evidence-based practices at our organisation. Our interventions are culturally responsive and trauma-informed.

Our expertise will drive meaningful change and elevate the quality of service delivery in the division.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside fellow principal practitioners across the region. You will collaborate on methodologies and service innovations.

The role provides virtual support but regular travel is essential to engage with teams face-to-face across the region.

You will influence practice and care across diverse communities and programs.

You will be employed on a full-time basis with hybrid work options aligned with operational needs.

You will work in an organisation deeply committed to social justice and inclusion.
