
Parts Inventory Specialist

The role of Parts Logistics Support Specialist is a hands-on and experienced position that supports the logistics function by ensuring alignment with global standards.
This specialist will ensure procedures are followed, KPIs are met, and documentation complies with quality standards. The role also contributes to operational projects aimed at cost reduction and quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and process daily credit claims, request and inspect returned parts from dealers, and approve and finalize credits for payment.
- Liaise with warehouse and transport suppliers to resolve dealer issues such as order discrepancies, damaged parts, late deliveries, misdirected freight, and credit returns.
- Conduct quality checks on outbound orders and liaise with warehouse supervisors on operational, stock integrity, service, and quality issues.
- Work with other departments regarding special requirements.
- Create and maintain reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of VW, Skoda, and Audi parts for inventory operations.
- Credits, Accounts, Quality, or Administration Experience.
- Strong commitment to follow-ups for latest updates on logistics compliance issues.
- Previous experience with auditing, quality assurance, and reporting desirable.
- Automotive industry experience beneficial but not essential.
