Job Summary:

Macro Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Sydney. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for growing online sales for an international airline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key trade partners to achieve revenue targets.
  • Focus on leisure travel, meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE), and corporate sales.
  • Plan and execute daily sales visits in a strategic manner.
  • Assist the National Sales Manager in planning and developing policies, identifying strategies, introducing advertising and marketing campaigns, conducting quarterly reviews, and analyzing management reports.
  • Assess competitor activities, conduct product presentations, develop new market segments, and develop the corporate sector.

Requirements:

  • Ability to speak Hindi.
  • Minimum of a diploma in business or marketing with a strong academic background.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in the travel industry.
  • Experience in the agency network.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
