About the OpportunityAs Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of accounts payable transactions and supporting the Finance team with day-to-day operationsThis role offers an opportunity to contribute to the delivery of exceptional client outcomes and the provision of quality advice in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnsuring all invoices and payments are processed in a timely and accurate manner, including FX paymentsCorrect allocation of expenses into divisions and projectsManagement of bank balances and internal transfers, ensuring sufficient funds are available before payment runsRegular review of Aged Creditors listingManaging Accounts Payable inbox, including sending emails for approvalEmployee Expense Claim processing using SAP ConcurCorporate Credit Card Claim processing using SAP ConcurGeneral Ledger processing and reconciliations supporting Financial AccountantsProcessing monthly Intercompany transactionsProviding information to external auditorsCompletion of Month-end and Year-end timetable deliverablesSystem maintenance including supplier onboarding and user access setupBeing the first point of contact for internal and external accounts payable queriesAssist with process improvement and automation projects to enhance the Accounts Payable functionOther adhoc tasks to help the Finance team

About YouDegree qualified in Finance or related disciplines5 years of Accounts Payable experience.Previous experience in financial services is not essential but will be highly regarded.Experience with SAP Concur and Microsoft Dynamics GP is desirable
