Key Responsibilities:- Encourage prospective buyers to attend in-person events and webinars.
- Set up and host conference calls with leads to discuss their needs.
- Establish opportunities to develop new business across key markets.
- Execute objectives through research, providing insights, and learning for prospects.
- Ensure we are at the forefront of the market by promoting our services and profiling emerging companies.
- Profile and desk research existing databases to identify key details and map target account structures.
- Utilize specialist research tools to identify critical business issues within targeted accounts.
- Monitor social media platforms to assess topics within the HCM marketplace and promote us as an HCM Thought Leader.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in telemarketing or sales development.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite of tools.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to challenge the status quo.
- Self-motivated and confident with good business acumen and commercial awareness.
