Job Description

Springvale Resource Centre is a specialist neurological service providing residential support for adults following a brain injury or with a neurological condition. Our progression model offers transitional and long-term support living in a well-equipped residential setting. We encourage our individuals to access the community, local facilities and to join in with meaningful activities which are of an interest to keep them motivated and stimulated.

This role requires a dedicated and empathetic individual who can passionately support young adults with complex needs to reach their full potential. The successful candidate will build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and then planning goals and ambitions together.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with individuals who have complex needs, using your skills and experience to make a positive impact on their lives.
  • You will help plan daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning, and running errands.
  • You will also support personal care, including assistance with eating and administering medication when required.
  • Additionally, you will help plan and participate in exciting days out that individuals wish to enjoy.
