Retail Store Manager Job Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced retail environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and train a team of up to 30 team members
  • Demonstrate strong leadership by driving the organization's values with your store team
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
  • Liaise with the stock allocator to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store
  • Prepare and monitor store rosters, sales reports and team compliance

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • A demonstrated ability to lead from the front, empower teams and embody leadership styles aligned with our organizational values
  • A customer-focused attitude and strong retail fundamentals
  • Prior experience in a retail or hospitality role is preferred but not essential
