Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineering Manager to lead our condition monitoring and lubrication programs across InfraBuild.

About the Role:

  • Provide technical expertise and leadership to Business Units in implementing condition monitoring and lubrication programs.
  • Develop and maintain condition monitoring and lubrication technologies, processes, and procedures.
  • Assist with RCM and FMECA.
  • Identify opportunities to improve plant reliability, availability, and performance.
  • Drive the transition to a modern, integrated asset health reporting system.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and collaborate with people, with a focus on training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with peers and stakeholders.
  • Minimum 7 years condition monitoring experience, preferably in Heavy Industry/mining, Manufacturing, or similar.
  • Working experience with handheld vibration analyzers or similar systems.
  • Mechanical Trade qualification and/or reliability engineering background.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with high-level report writing skills and computer literacy.

Requirements:

  • C Class Drivers License.
  • VCAT2, with a preference for VCAT3 certification.
  • Level 1 Thermography.
  • NDT Certification (DPI, MPI & UT).
  • MLA/MLT Certification (ICML), minimum Level 1.
  • Working experience with SKF Vibration analysis and Condition Monitoring tools and systems.
