Embed a lived experience perspective in all feedback processes and practices.

The Lived Experience Feedback Coordinator will lead and coordinate a national feedback system, ensuring that a lived experience perspective is embedded and experienced in all feedback processes and practices.

The role works in partnership with consumers, carers, family, external services, and internal stakeholders to manage feedback items and resolve concerns in a timely and empathic manner.

The coordinator identifies, implements, and supports continuous improvement opportunities through feedback channels, working with the Quality and Consumer Engagement team and National Lead - Quality and Consumer Experience to ensure compliance and effectiveness while aligned with the overall organisational strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise lived experience learnings and principles of consumer and carer movements to inform work and team decisions.
  • Contribute as a primary perspective in a role, program, or setting.
  • Previous experience working with feedback management processes is required.
  • A proven ability to work autonomously and prioritise multiple tasks to meet complex demands is essential.

Requirements:

  • A national criminal history check disclosable outcomes are considered.
  • A current driver's license is necessary.
  • Australian working rights are required.
