Automation Deployment Specialist

About the Role:

The Automation Deployment Specialist leads technical engagements with enterprise customers and supports ongoing efforts to automate business processes. This role requires strong communication skills, technical expertise, and systems integration experience.

You will work closely with the software development team to maintain a world-class product feedback loop. You will also work directly with strategic users, learning about their use cases and problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automation solutions for customers using our platform.
  • Gather and identify business requirements for complex automation deployments.
  • Articulate our offerings from technical and business perspectives.
  • Project management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support the wider team handling multiple competing priorities from different stakeholders.
  • Facilitate user training and enablement activities.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in deployment delivery, integration or equivalent roles for large-scale enterprises.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Leadership experience solving complex business challenges.
  • An investigative mindset, strategic thinking, high attention to detail, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Comfortable learning new functions and features of highly complex and technical products.
  • Prior experience in scripting (i.e. Python, PowerShell, bash).
  • Experience with SQL or a willingness/aptitude to learn.
