Lead Community Engagement Specialist

As a Lead Community Engagement Specialist, you will spearhead the development and execution of community engagement strategies that foster growth, retention, and nurturing of a thriving community of Certified B Corporations.
This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, equipping and motivating B Corps to support strategic goals, including adopting new standards for B Corp Certification.
- Design and implement relationship management systems across various customer segments
- Develop and coordinate community research and customer feedback initiatives
- Identify and manage risks, serving as the key contact point for senior leadership or major concerns
- Lead event teams to deliver value-adding community events and training
- Collaborate with other functions to uphold recertification and retention rates
About You:
You are known for your ability to build strong relationships quickly and navigate complex stakeholder dynamics. Your approachable nature, genuine listening skills, and organizational abilities drive consistent delivery. With experience in account management and customer experience, you have worked across diverse businesses and understand nuances of community-focused work.
Required Skills and Qualifications include exceptional relationship management skills, ability to navigate complex priorities and perspectives, CRM system proficiency, team leadership, coaching, and development skills, community management expertise, and a proven track record of driving meaningful outcomes.
