Job Opportunity: Superannuation and Financial Services Specialist
\We are seeking a highly skilled superannuation lawyer to join our team. As a specialist in superannuation law, you will work closely with stakeholders across our wealth businesses and risk functions.
\You will be responsible for providing prompt, high-quality commercial legal advice on trust-related matters, including trust property management, fiduciary obligations, and superannuation fund governance frameworks and policies.
\The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years' PQE with deep expertise in superannuation law, including a strong understanding of the SIS Act and Corporations Act (especially Chapter 7), and experience managing regulatory change.
