They collaborate closely with the Farm Manager on various tasks, including property maintenance, equipment maintenance, and supporting farm operations.

  • Maintenance and occupational health and safety issues are reported and recommendations made">

In addition to these responsibilities, the Maintenance Team Member may also be required to provide logistics support for programs, work with students onsite, and perform other duties assigned by the Director or Deputy Director (Operations & Logistics).

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of general property and machinery maintenance, a current Victorian Drivers license, and demonstrated experience in property maintenance.
