Print Production Coordinator Job Overview

The Print Production Coordinator role supports the execution of print production and point-of-sale (POS) materials, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers. This position focuses on coordination, logistics, quality assurance, and communication to deliver high-quality print solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the sampling, ordering, and delivery of store POS and marketing collateral.
  • Support sourcing vendors and obtaining quotes for print and packaging needs.
  • Track production timelines and update stakeholders on progress, proactively flagging risks or delays.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure final collateral meets specifications and quality standards.
  • Manage the distribution of collateral to stores, ensuring accuracy in quantities, formats, and dimensions per location.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in print production, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with print processes and production terminology.
  • Experience using project management tools or systems.
  • Understanding of basic design and file formats; Adobe Creative Cloud experience is advantageous.
