Technical Support Specialist


Job Description

At our organisation, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our customers. To achieve this, we are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work with cutting-edge technology and provide outstanding technical support to our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing colour and black and white print equipment, as well as ancillary products and associated software and services solutions.

As part of our NSW Service Team, you will ensure customer satisfaction through on-site corrective and preventative maintenance of customer equipment.

Previous experience in the print production industry is highly desirable, but not essential for the right candidate who is eager to learn and develop their skills in a hands-on technical role with excellent learning opportunities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously while maintaining effective team communication.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to meet customer needs.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role and/or network, with strong IT and technical knowledge/understanding.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively.
  • Driver's License and Working with Children Check, with current Australian working rights (visa sponsorship is not available).

As per compliance procedures, the successful candidate will be required to undergo background checks, including a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC). Applicants must either hold a current WWCC or be willing to obtain one.
