Job Opportunity: Sourcing Account Executive

Role Overview:

The Senior Sourcing Account Executive plays a pivotal role in managing client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and driving business growth. This position involves procuring and project managing printing requirements, providing technical support, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Procurement and project management of all printing requirements – digital, offset commercial printing, POSM, premiums & display materials.
  • Technical Support: Provide first-level support in resolving technical problems with a thorough understanding of MIS and familiarity with print technologies.
  • Assume full responsibility for processing and production of all requests from receipt of brief through to final delivery and invoice preparation.
  • Regular liaison with clients and suppliers regarding production schedules and resolve complex supplier issues.
  • Attend supplier meetings, manage relationships, and implement Best Practices in conjunction with wider operations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years' experience in procuring digital, offset commercial printing, visual merchandising, premiums, and point-of-sales material.
  • Strong understanding of all print production processes providing technical input as required.
  • Excellent knowledge of 2D and 3D technologies with sound knowledge of general print, packaging, and POS products.
  • Flexible with strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-facing skills and fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong experience and understanding of all prepress and commercial printing processes.
  • Credible at all levels within client, partner, and agency organizations.
  • Dynamic, yet detail-oriented outlook.
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and possess a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Capable of developing and implementing plans and strategies.
